We are very pleased to announce the imminent release of Serio Service Management Toolset version 5. This new release contains exciting new features, incorporating a number of new features aimed at supporting new processes from ITIL® V3.
Existing customers with valid service contracts will be offered the new release from the week beginning April 28. If you want to book onsite consultant time to help with the configuration of new features, contact your account manager and we will organise this for you. As always Serio updates are very easy to perform and full, easy to follow documentation will allow you to make use of the new features very quickly.
