Serio ServiceDesk

Pocket Serio

PocketSerio and PocketSerio-i allow you to take your calls and configuration information with you when you are away from your desk.

When you provide support to customers on large sites and in organisations with outlying offices PocketSerio and PocketSerio-i put all your service information at your fingertips.  View the history of the calls you are working on, take actions on calls, send emails from Serio, close calls, manage configuration items (CIs) and more.

We have two versions available, depending on your needs:

  • Our original PocketSerio allows you to download the current call data on to a Windows based PDA, you then go out and work on your calls, updating information, taking actions etc.  When you get back to your desk you simply upload the changes from your PDA to the Serio database, actions will be taken, emails sent once this upload has been completed. This version is ideal for locations without network or internet access.
  • PocketSerio-i allows you to connect directly to your Serio database using an internet connection, working on any PDA with an internet browser.  All actions you take and changes made to information will be recorded and actioned immediately in Serio.  New calls will be sent to you on your PDA.
